CONVENIENT CONSUMERISM

Once upon a time, on a dark clear night on a quietened down street, arose the fluorescent glow of a brand new “convenience” store…

ALL I SEE IS GREEN

This was taken on the set of ‘EKTOPOS’, an Australia sci-fi/drama feature film, still in post production. The entire film was shot against green screen in a studio in Richmond. As my debut experience both working on a feature film, and especially as Production Designer, I sure learnt a lot! Probably the most useful lesson learnt was the OH&S requirement to wear closed shoes on set at all times. It seems so obvious, right?

BURN TEASER

 This image is from a film teaser, titled ‘BURN’. It was shot in February 2008, where I worked as a set dresser and discovered the valuable trick of adding milk into bath water. This added a milky murkiness and henceforth created the illusion of nakedness.
